Practical Folklore blends Irish folk tradition, systemic and provocative coaching, and positive psychology. Each card takes its figure from Irish folk belief, like the Cow, the Banshee, the Cailleach, the Fairy Fort, and thirty more. All researched in depth, then built out into a modern translation and a challenge that asks something real of you.

Our aim is to bring Irish folklore into contemporary life by turning traditional knowledge into practical, research-based tools for reflection and learning. Our work combines cultural scholarship with modern coaching practice to create resources that are grounded in heritage, accessible in form, and meaningful for today’s world.
